近日，泛海酒店投资管理有限公司正式任命李可先生为助理总经理，并继续兼任武汉泛海费尔蒙酒店业主代表。凭借其资深的筹开及运营经验，李可先生将全力推进泛海酒管公司旗下规划的数家国际品牌酒店的开业筹备及运营统筹等工作。
李可先生于2003年毕业于英国白金汉大学国际酒店管理研究生专业。其国内酒店生涯始于2004年初，曾先后超过十年服务于法国雅高酒店集团在大中华区的各品牌酒店，并担任多家酒店的总经理职务，带领团队屡创佳绩，累积了丰富的筹备开业及运营管理经验，足迹涉及武汉、厦门、杭州、哈尔滨、东莞、宁波、青岛等地。
在业主公司管理经验方面，2012年至2015年期间他亦曾服务于绿地国际酒店管理集团，作为项目酒店业主代表，成功筹备开业了万豪酒店集团 - 扬州绿地福朋喜来登酒店，及洲际酒店集团全球第一家华邑品牌酒店 - 南昌绿地华邑酒店。
2017年加入保利国际酒店管理公司，担任三亚保利瑰丽酒店业主总经理，并兼任三亚海棠湾保利财富中心物业总经理、保利诺雅公寓品牌事业部负责人。
2019年正式加入泛海酒店投资管理有限公司旗下武汉泛海费尔蒙酒店，累积了多年国际酒店品牌管理方和业主方经验，涵盖经济型酒店、中端酒店、酒店服务式公寓、豪华酒店以及顶级奢华酒店。
2019年年底武汉泛海费尔蒙酒店在试营业不久后便遭遇了突如其来的新冠疫情，酒店全面停摆。在此次新任命的前20个月管理方总经理缺席的情况下，李可先生带领酒店团队在严峻的大环境中顺利完成了援汉医疗队的接待任务，引导酒店管理团队转变经营思路后，创立衍生餐饮品牌“费记”，带领全员投入到全面的复工复产工作中，一起攻坚克难，连获佳绩。
武汉泛海费尔蒙酒店在疫情后，积极与劳斯莱斯，法拉利，阿斯顿马丁，路易威登等奢牌建立了一系列合作，见证了疫情后武汉强大的生命力和活力，也一直引领着本地高端市场。
Recently, Oceanwide Hotel Investment Management Co., Ltd. formally promoted Mr. Nelson Li as Assistant General Manager and he will continue the role of Owner’s Representative in Fairmont Wuhan. With his extensive development and operation experience, Mr. Nelson Li will make every effort on the opening preparation and operation coordination of several others international brand hotels projects planned by Oceanwide in the coming few years in Wuhan.
Mr. Nelson Li graduated from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom with a postgraduate degree in International Hotel Management in 2003. His domestic hotel career began in early 2004. He worked in various brand hotels under AccorHotels Group in Greater China for more than ten years and was General Manager of several hotels. He led the team to achieve great results and had rich experience in hotel openings and operation management, with footprints all over China from Wuhan, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Harbin, Dongguan, Ningbo and Qingdao. In terms of owning company management experience, from 2012 to 2015, he also worked in Greenland International Hotel Management Group. As Owner’s Representative of the project, he successfully prepared for the opening of Marriott's, Four Points by Sheraton Yangzhou and IHG Hotels Group-HUALUXE Nanchang. Joined Poly International Hotel Management company in 2017 as Owner General Manager of Rosewood Sanya and as the property General Manager of Poly Wealth Center Haitang Bay in addition to being the head of Poly Noyah Residence Sanya Brand Division. In 2019 he formally joined Fairmont Wuhan, owned by Oceanwide Hotel Investment Management Co., Ltd., have brought many years of experience in international hotel management and owning company, covering different hotel categories, economy hotels, middle scale hotels, service apartments, upper scale hotels and luxury hotels. At the end of 2019, Fairmont Wuhan suffered from a sudden epidemic shortly after its soft opening, the hotel was completely suspended. In the absence of hotel General Manager for past 20 months, Mr. Nelson Li led hotel team successfully completing the task of accommodating Chinese medical team during that period. Closely work together with hotel management team in terms of creating new business model, developing diverse marketing demand, a brand-new catering concept FEI JI was created. With all these efforts, hotel staff resumed work and back in business in a short recovery, overcoming difficulties and achieving positive results. Post pandemic, Fairmont Wuhan actively established a series of cooperation with luxury brands such as Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Louis Vuitton. Fairmont has witnessed the strong vitality of Wuhan after the epidemic and leading the local high-end market.
